My classes always begin in a seated or surrender position before we begin our Yoga. Whether your sitting or lying it will be a place of relaxation. 

Meditation is an ancient practice that is a integral part of Yoga.

Meditation helps you to first become aware of what's going on in your mind and then to tame your mind and bring it under control of your intention.
